A few days ago I was talking to my brother in law on the phone.  He lives up in Duluth, Minnesota, and my wife and I are thinking about moving our family up there to be closer to him and his family.  We were asking him all kinds of questions about the schools, houses available, taxes, and even as far as health insurance plans in Minnesota.  It sounds like things are going to be pretty nice up there.  My kids are all excited to swim in Lake Superior, and my wife is happy to be in a place where it snows in the winter.

My sister just came home from her friends house with some news that her friend had just found out that her and her whole family had lice. All I could think of was how unclean it is and that she now has probably passed it on to all of us. My mother assured us that we were most likely all safe from it but that she would have a home treatment for head lice on hand just in case we needed it. She let me know that we could even treat ourselves even if we didnt have it. I feel much better about the whole thing with her encouragmnet but will feel even better when the whole thing has passed.

As we walked through this huge building we checked every line because it looked like they had a bunch of boneheads working for them. We found so many things wrong with what they did it was not even funny. Their contractors looked at us very mad like we were making this stuff up! We told them that we could not install their Goodman gas furnace until they fixed all of the problems. They made us stay there until they fixed them. They wanted that furnace to be up and running as soon as possible. These were not very nice people.

I always, without fail, carry a bottle of water around with me. I am known for it. In fact my family often make fun of me for being so water mad. My birthday is coming up in June and I am going to start my birthday wish list. I do this every year before my birthday. This is a habit that my parents got me into many years ago. The other day I had gone looking at golf trolleys. This was the kind of gift that I could really use. I had gotten a new set off gold clubs last year. The problem is I have been using the same golf bag since college. A friend of mine bought one of those trolleys and likes it very much. I think I will put this down on my list.
