Shipping a car

I got into an argument the other day with my sister because I’m going out to California for a few months and I want to use an auto shipping company to get my car there, but she doesn’t think shipping a car is a safe idea. Of course it depends on what company you go through, but when using National Transport I tried to assure her that my car will be in great hands. I’m not only able to track my order through their website, but if I want, I can also get guaranteed pick up and delivery dates which is great for maintaining a schedule. She continued to argue with me and brought up the "money" issue. I went on to explain to her that National Transport offers affordable rates and with the price of gas resting at where it is now, it would be just as much of an investment to ship my car. She saw my point on that one. I think I’m slowly convincing her, but I know for myself that shipping my car through National Transport is a very smart choice and no argument will change that.
