I’ve recently been upgraded to a new classroom with an interactive whiteboard and computers for all the students. It’s brilliant to have all this technology at my fingertips and I’m trying to make the most of it. The computers are brilliant, but I often find that they’re a total distraction from the lesson and the students are all surfing the net instead of doing their assigned task. Normally I catch them watching videos on You Tube, but yesterday one of them was engrossed doing a search for wedding caterers essex.
