Foreign exchange, Forex, or FX are terminologies that describe the same thing: currency trading. Almost every currency on the planet has a value that is relative to its counterparts. It is the shifts in the relative values that currency traders take advantage of to make profits, and they do this by buying and then selling large amounts of currencies.
