Daytona Beach Real Estate Available at Reasonable Price

Now that I am nearing retirement age, it is time to start making plans for the future.  I have worked for over thirty years for the same company and with the current economic climate, I feel this is a good time to get out.  My wife and I have been discussing where we would like to settle to enjoy the retirement I have looked forward to for so long.  We definitely want to get away from the cold northern winters, so our destination is either in the South or West.  One of my colleagues just bought some prime Daytona Beach Real Estate and got it for an extremely reasonable price.  I need to do some research into the cost of living in that area, the property taxes, and other considerations.  All in all, I think it would be a very pleasant place to live.
