New Loan

Today is a great day.  Today I will be getting a california commercial real estate loan for an investment that I am buying.  I am purchasing an apartment that is 250 units.  I need about 10 million dollars to fund the project.  I think that I will qualify because I have excellent credit and my company does very well.  We have apartments all over San Diego and Arizona.  I was a little worried because of all the harsh new loan standards that have come along but I think that I am legit borrower so it shouldn’t be a big problem.
