In the world of agriculture, there are a thousand small chores that need to be taken care of each day. There are so many details to pay attention to and so much to keep us busy from dawn til dusk , that sometimes we overlook the part that science is playing in our endeavors. I like to keep that science foremost in my mind and remember that it is a central factor in our success. This is the case with flowmeters that we purchase to regulate the applications of our herbicides and the water we use to irrigate. This is the science we depend on.
