Using the Internet to Find Chevy Trailblazer Parts

27 May 2009

Whenever something goes wrong with my Chevy I have a hard time getting the parts for a reasonable price anywhere near me. I live in the middle of nowhere basically, and it is a long drive to go to get parts (which is hard to do when my car isn’t working well). I am hoping that I can find a good place to get Chevy Trailblazer parts on the internet. Does anyone know of a place with really low places but good quality parts? I know there must be a lot of different websites like this, and it would be nice not to have to wade through them all for the best one.

Stocked Up On Oil and Leathers for the Arrival of Arlee the Harley

21 May 2009

My husband and I have always wanted a Harley Davidson. When we were first married, we were planning on buying one, but then I got pregnant, and we used the money to pay for the hospital bill. But now, fifteen years later, we have the money, and are going to pick one out. We already have stuff for it, from leathers and helmets, to a supply of amsoil synthetic oil, to cool leather saddlebags. And, we have a name for it! Now I know it is silly to name a bike, but we are naming it Arlee the Harley, after our daughter.

How to contact used cars by owner online

09 May 2009

When most people see something they like online their first instinct is to contact the person. Now contacting used cars by owner online is tricky business. You can’t just send him or her casual message. You need to ensure that your message reflects two main ideas. The first is that you are really interested. The second is that you should send a sort message that does not take up the reader’s time, and you don’t come across as a time waster. The more you say in your message the longer its going to be so it’s always a good idea to keep your message limited to a few lines at most.

Where Can I Go For Car Insurance Quotes?

10 April 2009

I finally have enough money saved up so I can get a new car. I can’t get anything too fancy without a loan, but I am really looking forward to having my own car. Can anyone tell me where I can go in order to get a bunch of car insurance quotes? I would love to find a website that tells you what a variety of different companies would charge so that the whole search for insurance goes a little quicker. I want to do at least a little bit of research rather than just getting insurance from the first company that I come across.

Finding the right place to sell your car for free

23 March 2009

There are so many choices on the Internet in the automotive field when it comes to selling a car, first you need to decide if you want to use a paid service or a free service, the problem with a paid one is that in many cases the longer it takes to sell the car the more it may cost you to list it, finding a good free service can be hard to locate many web searches that are done are for the words sell car free and these results can yield some great finds that are not only free but most importantly they have a large regular stream of traffic to ensure the owner of the vehicle that it will sell.

What Service Does A Parcel Courier Offer?

09 March 2009

If you are in a business that has a large shipping need, regular shipping methods are not likely the best option for your business. Restrictions on types of products shipped and length of shipping times may be detrimental to your business. Your best bet is a parcel courier service. These companies often offer a variety of services including small town shipping to regional, national or global destinations. This premium service generally comes at a price but will often guarantee delivery times and signature delivery. These aspects are incredibly important for a business owner to provide quality service and to maintain a good working relationship with their client.

Woman Driver Proved Right, Again!

08 March 2009

I know a lot of people (guess who) that wouldn’t agree, but studies have shown that women are the safest drivers; it’s been proven that we have fewer accidents, and if we do (which is rare) they tend to be gentle nudges rather than anything serious. So why do my male friends continue to doubt the facts? They always have their own statistics up their sleeves to account for the facts, women drive less often, men must be better drivers because they pass their tests sooner…blah, blah, blah…Recently, I was very pleased when I was able to show my friend my car insurance quote; we drive the same car but my quote was cheaper by around £40, that soon shut him up, why would my insurance policy be cheaper if I wasn’t considered the better driver? Thanks for helping to prove me right in yet another argument; it’s great being a woman!

Sell My Car Online

06 March 2009

If I want to sell my car online do I go through established dealers and traders or do I hook up to an auction site for the best deal? I’ve looked at some of the online auction sites but they charge quite a fee for listings, though I have noticed that sometimes they have free listings. Is there any way of finding out whether they have any upcoming free listings so that I could sell my car online? Also how many photos do you think I might need to provide for viewers if I was to sell my car online?

Train horns in cars

25 February 2009

Car train horns are basically train horns installed in cars, or other vehicles.  There is a younger generation of folks, typically males, who are drawn to the concept of having a train horn installed in their cars.  Although they can be quite fun to have, you must be responsible when you have one installed, as they have a high decibel blast. The horns are made up of typically 2 or 3 individual horns, which have different lengths, each having a different pitch. The 2 or 3 horns together make up the total sound of the horn. The trend is becoming more and more popular.

Do Car Warranties Always Have a Deductible?

22 February 2009

I usually pay my bills right after I get paid, and then I don’t have much cash to last me for the rest of the month. I am wondering whether all car warranties have a deductible. Is there somewhere I can go for car warranty info? I think I would be much better off if I got a car warranty that didn’t have a deductible so that it would be easier for me to get my car fixed. Now it is sometimes hard to find the money to pay the deductible so I end up putting it off longer than I should.

Get a free X-360 Moped

17 February 2009

This is brand new nice, if you have been in the market for mopeds, there is a current website that is running a deal if you purchase two of the X-360 electric mopeds, they will throw in a pink X-360 for free.

This makes for a very good deal if you are purchasing two mopeds, because if you do not need the third model, you can throw it up on eBay and recoup some of the money you spent on the two models you did need, or give it to a friend or family member as a gift and be their best friend for a long time.

Warranties Aren’t Just for New Vehicles

08 February 2009

One good thing about new vehicle warranties is that they are usually pretty comprehensive. You know that at least until 36,000 miles, or at best three years, if something major goes wrong, you’re covered. You have to be a bit more assertive about getting used vehicle warranties, however. The ones from the car dealer usually are only good for a mere 90 days. That doesn’t mean that you can’t buy a good, used vehicle warranty for your car, though. You can get warranty coverage to last you through many months and even years. Available repairs aren’t limited to the just the engine, either. Even the air conditioning can be covered, which is virtually a necessity on those baking-hot summer days.

Lessons Learned in College

05 February 2009

As a college student I became a master at making every dollar stretch. I once went an entire week on a partial container of oats, a pint of milk and some beef jerky. At the same time, I was scavenging for coins in order to put a few drops of gas in my car. I frequently took odd jobs in between classes and constantly thought outside the box in order to get by. So, now that I have a decent job I still do not want to waste money. Getting cheap car insurance is an absolute must. I am not interested in paying one penny too much.

Mitsubishi Colt

29 January 2009

The Mitsubishi Colt is forcing its way into the nation’s attention by taking the tried and tested hatchback template, but adding a few little nuances to it. The Colt has one major advantage over the competition; space.

The Colt’s ingenious space maximisation is unheard of in supermini market. The rear passenger seats are removable, so the vehicle can easily be adapted into some kind of mini-van. I can’t speak for everyone, but this sounds like a perfect idea for those occasions when you know your better half is going to go ‘a bit crazy’ during the sales and spend your annual food budget on shoes, furniture and other credit card melting purchases. When you notice that shopaholic look in their eye, simply pop the passenger seats out and you are left with more space than you would imagine from a hatchback.

Before Buying A Used Vehicle

23 January 2009

Ask your local dealer of Ford cars whether or not the best price can be achieved through paying cash or by using a trade-in.

If purchasing a used car, get a CarFax report and research the value on Kelley Blue Book.  Point out any flaws that the car has or any discrepancies in the value for a lower price.Knowledge is the key to any successful negotiation, so walk into a dealership with all of the necessary information needed to process a loan application.  This may include the previous two years of tax returns, current paycheck stubs for the last six months, contact information for your employer, a copy of your credit report and credit score, etc.
