I learned to de stress

I am not sure what I expected with hypnosis. I think I expected someone to put me under and then tell me I would no longer suffer from stress anxiety. Well, that did not happen. No one told me I had to do anything and I never went under. Instead I learned to relax. First with the therapist walking me through the process and then I started to learn how to do it on my own. After a couple of sessions I was able to recognize when the stress was getting to me and could start with the relaxation moves to regain normalcy.
