Does Anyone Truly Know the Path to Weight Loss?
With all the conflicting advice circulating about weight loss, one begins to wonder if the people doing the ‘talking’ (or selling) truly know the path to a slimmer healthier you. It seems that many of these people promoting fat loss diets are more interested in the money they are making than the actual person paying for the information. After buying a number of these plans myself, the only truth that I have come to realize is that one must burn more calories in a day than they ingest. In this way, the number on the scale will decrease. However, this must be accomplished through diet rich in nutrients and exercise.
