Facial or Back Acne

Humans have progressed so much since the time of cave people and nothing remains a mystery to them anymore.  Or so it seems, don’t you think?  In actuality, it’s not quite the case.  When scientific research and technology cannot explain things very well, human beings become inherently creatures of folklores, myths and legends.  They have to make up stories.  Like their monster-eating-moon explanation to lunar eclipse, people have made up stories as to what causes acne.  Some even created a long list of food items that supposedly causes acne. So what then really causes acne? For one, it isn’t the occasional candy bar.  You wash your face regularly, so it isn’t some sort of simple hygiene issue.  Genetics can play a role in acne, but you can’t just blame mom or dad.  Okay, hear now, the culprit for acne is actually more diffuse as it is everywhere.  The main cause of acne comes in a word: toxins.  You can hold a grudge against the whole world on this one.  Explanation to things, no matter how faulty, helps in gauzing for good countermeasures. Acne prevention doesn’t only speak of cleaning faces with soap and water.  You are going to need to help your body get rid of those toxins if you want to get rid of acne.   The best acne treatment – whether facial or back acne — involves a two-pronged thing. First, you need to make a few temporary lifestyle changes to reduce the intake of toxins. You’re not going to eliminate exposure, but you can give your body a fighting chance with some very short-term dietary changes. Second, you’re going to need to help the body actually purge itself of those built-up poisons.  Follow them religiously.
