Getting Maximum Results
I joined a gym recently, and I cut back on my calories until I could not cut back any more. I still am not seeing the results that I want, and I am so tired from cutting back on calories that I do not have the energy to work out. SO I decided that medifast weight loss was a better option. I am still going to be working out, and eating less, but I needed an extra boost. I just started it, so I have no new results yet, but even the increase in optimism should help me get to where I want to be.
