If you’re moving to North Carolina, make sure you look into getting NC health insurance.  After all, the last thing you need is to get into a car accident or become ill, get to the doctor and then realize that you don’t have health insurance.  Whatever you do, do not NOT decide to get health insurance.  You’ll be setting yourself up for disaster for sure.  This is especially frowned upon if you have a family.  There are plenty of health insurance companies out there nowadays that provide all sorts of health coverage for all different families from all different sorts of economic backgrounds.  No one person is different just like no one family is the same.  This is why most health insurance companies now offere a wide variety of coverage plans.  For example, a family with small children might want coverage that includes orthodontic stuff.  Another young couple might want coverage to include coverage in case of pregnancy.  Whatever you decide, make sure you know your options and do your research!
