There are a few ways to go about how to lose waist inches.  The best way is to eat well and exercise.  So what does eating well mean?  Stay away from junk food.  you have to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water each day.  Make sure you only eat organic foods, and stay away form fast foods.  In terms of exercise to lose waist inches, you have to weight train and also perform cardiovascular exercise.  Only doing sit ups and crunches won’t cut it, and really won’t drop waist inches that quickly.  Try both of these methods and I’m sure you will succeed!
