I Want To Do A Natural Weight Loss

I have read that when a person reaches a certain age they start to show a slow down in their metabolism. If I understand this correctly it means that what I use to eat with no problem will now cause me to gain weight unless I keep increasing my exercise levels.  If this is true, I seem to have reached that point a couple of years ago.  I am already exercising a couple of times a day so now I am going to try the acai weight loss supplement.  It is supposed to naturally boost my metabolism and that should help me lose weight.
