Keep Cool Exercising Outside
If you live in a hot climate, it can sometimes be hard when to find the best time to exercise outside. You should always be careful when exercising in the heat. If possible you should try not to exercise during the peak times of the day. It is better to exercise early in the morning at first light or in the evening around sunset when it is cool. You do not want to make yourself sick from the heat and the sun. If it is hot when you are exercising outdoors, make sure you wear light, comfortable clothing that allows your skin to breathe, and also drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.
