Are all RTA Cabinets from China?

I have been researching kitchen cabinets for months trying to find a quality product at an affordable price.   As I searched site after site, the cabinets that kept coming up were RTA Cabinets.   They claim to be as good of a product as the name brand cabinets, but I was having a hard time believing that because of the price.  How can that be that cheap.

That is when I noticed that they were imported, and it finally started to make sense.   With the labor costs overseas and the cost of materials, it makes sense that they could be significantly cheaper.
