Using the gym during lunchtime

To my surprise, deliveries are made to office buildings at lunchtime too. One thing about New York is that nearly all the people there orginate from somewhere else. When employers try to help with keeping employees healthy, they are commended for their efforts. One employer added a room with gym equipment. Some employees complained that not much could be accomplished. It’s just lunch hour that the workers could use the equpment some reasoned. With exercise, it’s all about getting started. Many of the workers appreciated the thoughtfulness that the employer showed and cooperated in using the gym during the lunch hour.
