Keeping up with Kim

It seems that every where that I look, I am always seeing stuff about Kim Kardashian.  I realize that I am very far removed from pop culture, because I have no idea who she is.  I looked on wikipedia and found out that her dad represented OJ Simpson during his murder trial.  I was a bit taken back by it, but it made sense to me.  I guess that she has become famous through a number of different things, including a sex tape.  It seems like every one in Hollywood has a sex tape these days. Why don’t people come up with something new to get noticed?
