Sandra Schmirler Foundation
Created in 2001, the Sandra Schmirler Foundation is a legacy to Sandra in celebration of her love of family. The idea for the foundation was brought about by a collaborative effort with the Canadian Curling Association, Scott Paper Limited, friends and family. The foundation’s mission is caring for babies in crisis and is dedicated to assisting families of newborn babies that require special neonatal care. Among those in need of help include premature, low-birth and seriously ill infants.
