Which Whistleblower Program Do You Have

Like other acts and legislation there is what you call a program.  Actually, things do start out with a program proposal.  And just like the rest of them, a whistleblower also has a Whistleblower Program.  I am reading up on the Whistleblower Protection Program and it really is complicated because of the diversity of the different acts and programs that they have.  Like say for example, the occupational safety and health act which clearly encompasses discriminatory acts such as firing or laying off, blacklisting, demoting, denying overtime pay or promotion, disciplining, denial of benefits , failure to rehire or hire for that matter, employee movements which clearly affects promotion and reduction of pay.
