An Epsom Salt Enema Can Be Dangerous
I have been colon cleansing for years now. I do certain procedures myself and for ohters I go to a clinic and have a practitioner do it. From everything that I have heard, it is not a good idea to do an epsom salt enema. The biggest problem with this specific enema is that it requires a very specific amount of epsom salt to be used and you can very easily make a mistake and put a little too much in. If this happens, you could become severely dehydrated very quickly and there are several medical problems you could experience from this dehydration.
