Begin weekly exercises for your lifetime

Along with daily exercises you really should plan a weekly exercise program that goes beyond the daily routine.  Once a week you should schedule some extreme exercises that will give your body a super work out.  Push ups, pull ups, punching bags, weights added to your elliptical trainer can all be added on to that once a week special day.  Use the day to push yourself beyond the daily routine.  Give yourself that added burn through more intense strain and you’ll gain from it immensely.

As each week goes by, you will be able to feel the changes your exercise program has provided for you.  Keep up the good hard work and results will be evident to everyone who knows you.
