Looking in London for absinthe

I wish there was a decent, specialist absinthe shop in London where I could get some of the European absinthe brands I currently have to get from Europe. It would be great to pop in and speak to a real person, maybe get some tasting sessions, learn more about the products, etc. Maybe I should start my own absinthe shop. London is the ideal location with the buzz of the city and all the potential custom there is around. The exact location is a poser though. Should it be in the core of the tourist shopping area, like the west end, or somewhere more trendy like Camden? There could be advantages to both.
