For some reasons, people really hate to have to have to deal with IRS audit. People are afraid of the IRS and the less they have to do with the IRS the better.

They think that the IRS is likely to find ways to get them to pay more taxes and it is often that the IRS is always right and if they ever dispute anything they will be in the wrong. This is not always true.

There are people who disputed with the IRS and came out ahead. So, if you ever find yourself having to go through an IRS audit, don’t worry, you may even gain more money as a result.
