When starting to train as a body builder you need to keep some things in mind. You never want to start with the heaviest weight out there when doing bodybuilding as a beginner (German: Bodybuilding für Anfänger). Start small and let your muscles grow as you increase your weight. You should always have a spotter on site with you as you are lifting even if you feel you’re strong enough, you just never know what can happen to you in the middle of a lift. Another very important thing you need to remember when lifting weights is how to get rid of it safely in the event that it is hurting you. If you’re lifting the bar and you cannot get it off your chest you can tilt it and the weights on the one side will slide off and then the other will as well without hurting you further. That’s also where a spotter would come in very handy and be able to help you get it off before something very awful happens to your chest.
