Custom Controls finishes 10 Lancelot Place, Knightsbridge

Custom Controls have handed over 10 Lancelot Place to the mechanical & electrical engineers Hayden Young.

Each of the 55 apartments is prewired for audio video distribution and benefits from a North Building Management System, BPT Intercom and whole apartment Leax lighting. The two penthouse apartments are fully equipped with a Crestron control system bringing all the components under one easy to use control system. An easy to navigate plan of each apartment allows the owner to tap a room and then adjust light levels and temperature. Should a call come through the intercom the same touchpanel will display the correct video camera and allow two way communication.

As each apartment is pre-wired Custom Controls are offering ‘zero-mess’ installs of home enetertainment systems.
